So you’re looking for an experienced production manager and you want to pay him like an inexperienced graphic designer?

FYI your salary rage should be starting at around 46K and go up from there.
Stop being cheap and using the economy as an excuse to low-ball people.

  • Location: Get a Clue
  • it’s NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests
  • Compensation: Should start at $22 an hour

As you can tell, we’re not into titles. Instead, we’re into results and keeping clients happy. So call it what you want but we’re a full-service ad agency, looking for the right person to take on the following responsibilities on our creative team:

• Team Player- Must be positive-minded and work great with other team members (don’t want to mess up the chemistry we have.)
• Creative Assistance- Assist department management with misc. jobs as needed and requested.
• Production Management- Work with outside vendors to get quotes on creative projects.
• Estimates- Prepare estimates, provide to client and get approval prior to starting any work on the project. Proactively seek out relationships with new vendors.
• Traffic- Follow all jobs through the house and crack an occasional whip if needed to make sure our creative staff meets deadlines. Update deadlines as needed and prepare creative briefs.
• Billing- Prepare monthly billing for creative department. Receive and process invoices from vendors.
• Projections- Prepare regular projections sheets.
• Time Sheets- Keep track of department timesheets, updating job logs with hours.
• Microsoft- Must be very proficient in Excel, making spreadsheets.
• Friendly- You will be asked to answer the phones on occasion.

Obviously, more experience is better. This is a great opportunity to become exposed to all facets of the advertising industry, as you will interact with various people from all departments. Great benefits, great environment, wonderful people, blah blah blah. Sounds cliché, I know.

To be considered for this position, please email me your resume.
